Hello guys! I am PennedinWhite, and I will be heading up some fun times and prompts from here on out (with the help of MagicalJoey and the team). We would like to jump start the group again, and with that – a bit of a challenge for September. If you aren’t all familiar with Special Holiday Fun, we are going to introduce you in the best way possible. Each month will feature a Special Holiday prompt for you guys to gain inspiration from and give us something wonderful!

ALSO! We shall be doing some weekly prompts for you as well. These are generally going to be photo or phrase prompts, and will vary in word counts to mix up the challenge. These will be posted every week, from Sunday through Saturday. Everyone who enters this challenge will get a week long feature by the group, so we hope the incentive is high enough for you guys to really participate! Let’s see what you got!!

This year, 2016, is the year of the "Camelid". What is a camelid? Well, I didn't know this at first, but a camelid refers to the group of animals including camels and their cousins the llama. Want to impress us? You have maximum 240 words to write a story about a camel, or a llama, or both a camel and a llama!



This month is "Piano Month" and so, without further ado, let's write about pianos. Whether you write non fiction or fiction, I will give you up to 1913 words maximum to write about something relating to Pianos. Don't forget, if you use a photo as inspiration, credit the artist



Your Weekly Challenge Prompt will be a "Car" challenge because of "Name Your Car Day" on Sunday 2nd October. Your masterpiece can be anything as long as it's written about or relating to or is about Cars! Fan Fiction is allowed! (Think Lightening McQueen) 3098 words maximum. We look forward to reading!
